A pop-up dinner in collaboration with restaurant Nooxo and the 3D Food Company during the Beijing Design Week. As head chef for this pop-up I developed the recipes of the 3D printed designs and the dishes served during the evening. The recipes for 3D printed were adjusted according to the Chinese cuisine, for the prints leftover rice was used, purple potatoes, carrots, sweet bananas, old bread and Chinese spices. Some of the designs were adjusted as well, e.g. Chinese symbols were used for the prints of the dessert. It was an amazing collaboration!
