Through the Food Future Institute’s culinary program, I became familiar with the dynamic skills, techniques and tools to create elevated plant-based cuisine. This culinary program teaches me how to create a world with a more conscious approach to consumption which I can implement while working with chefs. The courses also help me to find alternatives for guests with allergies or dietary restrictions and give me more confidence working in a professional kitchen. I already developed my knife techniques, use of certain kitchen devices, plating and photography skills. The feedback on each course-upload is useful to understand how to strive for better results.
