I am planning to continue with the concepts I created during my final bachelor project, I will test several aspects, including different ingredients and designs. I will present the project UPPRINTING FOOD during the 3D Food Printing Conference in Venlo, June 28th, 2018. Next to that I made appointments with two of the interested stakeholders, to discuss the process and the possibilities for a cooperation.
After finishing my bachelor I am going to continue following a master at the department of Industrial Design in Eindhoven. I prefer to create more experience in the direction of food design by doing more food related projects. An agro-food direction will be set up in InnoSpace, so a new food design project will fit well in this squad. Also, I hope to continue with 3D food printing, eventually next to my master.
During the second year of my master, I want to go abroad to develop my knowledge in food design even more. I prefer to work in the kitchen, instead of in the lab, where I would love to experiment with new production technologies on a sustainable way and to serve the created food beautifully on a plate.
